Jim Koll28 July 2026Excellent business. Dana took my order was very polite and knowledgeable. Andrew was the repairman and he was also very professional and polite. He finished the job in 20 minutes which was an hour quicker than the other shop quoted. The price was excellent. I would highly recommend this business. By the way I found them using an AI search for repair of power windows on my car. They replaced the regulator which I knew was the problem and explain the entire process to me. I tipped Andrew. He deserved it. Huge bonus. They drive right to your house and do the repairs there.Posted on Google

Our auto insurance rep was a little difficult to work with, but Crystal took care of the phone calls and claim for us. They were professional, friendly, and arrived promptly to complete the job right at our location. What really stood out was their ability to remove and replace a nearly 30-year-old original windshield without any issues. Anyone familiar with older vehicles knows that weathered seals and aging glass can make the job much more challenging, but their technician handled it with skill and care. The new windshield looks great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If Windshields Direct can successfully replace the windshield in a 1996 Chevy Astro, they can certainly handle just about any windshield replacement you may need. I had a bad experience with a different company And being in a Tranport company my car was sitting for over a week . A tree branch broke through my windshield in several places Windshields Direct went above and beyond from the first telephone call to the replacement I can't say enough about how glad I am that I called them. They were a preferred vendor from my insurance for doing outstanding work and the customer service and attention to detail was top notch. I highly recommend using them over a big franchise. I have shared their info with my friends and family and they are consistent and always do a great job! We were looking at almost $300 for a repair, they took a look at it, adjusted the part and it worked perfectly after that! Thank you to Crystal for saving me so much money! On arrival owner put me at ease with all the steps they would be going through and showed me all the equipment and how they would remove crack Windshield and replace new one. His techs did not waste anytime and started the work before I even left. 2 days later it was completely done and I picked it up. These guys were professional, fast, and knew exactly what they were doing. Safelite quoted me almost $400 more because of the calibration costs, and Windshields Direct handled everything without the insane markup. The install came out perfect, calibration was done correctly, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hard to find honest people that do quality work these days, huh?
